When you enroll in a course, you agree to pay all applicable fees for that course. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars.
The pricing and availability of courses are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even if we have already requested or received payment.
Zoft Technologies offers a satisfaction guarantee for our services. If you're not satisfied with your experience, please contact us to discuss your concerns and we'll work to resolve them.
After this period, refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Special circumstances such as medical emergencies may be considered with proper documentation.
The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Zoft Technologies, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
When you enroll in a course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course materials for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes through the Services. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our site except as generally and ordinarily permitted through the website according to these Terms.

Our Services may allow you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("User Content"). You are responsible for the User Content that you post, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting User Content, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through our Services. You can remove your User Content at any time by specifically deleting it.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zoft Technologies, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration in San Francisco, California, using the English language in accordance with the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of JAMS then in effect, by one commercial arbitrator with substantial experience in resolving intellectual property and commercial contract disputes.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Zoft Technologies regarding our Services and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Services.
